New recruits in Guernsey

Neive Eker – Junior Administrator

Where am I based?

What areas of my job do I specialise in?
I provide lots of support to our team of client relationship managers performing a range of administrative and support office duties, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

My employment history
Having worked at PEA during my summer work-experience placement I was delighted when they invited me to join the team once I had completed my A’ Levels.

How did I get into Fund Administration?
Studying business at A’ level led me to take up a placement at PEA for my 2015 summer work-experience. After finishing my A’ Levels I got in touch with James as I really enjoyed my short time at PEA and was keen to learn more and become a full-time member of the team.

What do the team say about my work contribution?
“Neive is an invaluable member of the team and is fast becoming a very competent fund administrator.”

What do I like to do in my spare time?
I like spending time with my friends, watching documentaries and listening to music.

If I could visit anywhere in the world where would I like to go?
Choosing one place is difficult, but it would probably be Australia as a lot of my friends have been travelling there and the lifestyle seems so relaxed and unlike anywhere else. I imagine that it would be a really interesting place to explore.

What would my perfect night out be?
Either ‘throwing shapes’ and ‘cutting rugs’ (dancing!) in Townhouse or a summer swim with friends before wrapping up warm around a fire to have a drink, eat something delicious and talk rubbish.
