We’re back in the office after our away day on Friday! PEA Managing Director, James Orrick, reflects on the team building experience, “It was good for us to all get out of the office with no email or phone distractions. We all discovered a little more about each other and why we behave the way we do.
We also learned how best to work together as a team, and appreciate each other’s individuality. I hope this new-found knowledge and appreciation for one another can be applied to our everyday work for the benefit of our clients as well as our staff.”
James Orrick holds a Masters in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University, a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Essex, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
